Attention of parents with children who...
• will be 5 years-old on or before September 30, 2012
• live in the Big Walnut Local School District
Where? You should register your child at the elementary building where he/she will attend (This is determined by your address).
When? April 9th through April 13th during regular school hours (8:45 to 3:45) **** Tuesday April 10th and registration will be until 6pm
(You do not need to bring your child to registration)
Along with the attached forms, here are the items that they need to bring to register for Kindergarten:
· Birth Certificate
· Social Security Card
· Current Immunization Records
· Proof of residency - (one of the following): Mortgage Deed or Rental Contract, Pay Stub – indicating Big Walnut Local School Taxes are being withheld, Utility bill, Pertinent Legal Documents (i.e. custody agreements, divorce decree, if applicable)
