Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of the Big Walnut Local School District that said Board of Education will offer at public auction, on June 28, 2012 at 6:00pm, according to Ohio Revised Code 3313.41 a house and grounds belonging to said Board of Education and situated in the Village of Sunbury, Delaware County, Ohio, Tax parcel 41741117019000, and located at 479 S Old 3C Highway. Terms of sale are a five-thousand ($5,000) dollar deposit due on the day of sale with the balance to be paid in full no later than 30 days following the sale.
