pick A time is simple!
Follow these steps:
1. Click the pick A time link and you will be directed to the website.
2. Create an account by answering a few questions.
3. Once your account has been created, login using your email address and password.
4. Check the box next to the teacher name(s) to see their schedule. Click on the colored box to book your preferred time slot. You will be prompted for your child's name. Do the same for any teachers you wish to meet with on April 3rd from 5:00-6:30.
5. Fill in the required information (Student's Name) and the "Create Appointment" button.
6. Log out of the system.
Along with an initial conference schedule email, you will receive an email reminder April 2nd. You may access this system at any time up until 4:00 on April 3rd to make or cancel a conference. Hurry and schedule your conference as slots fill up fast.
